At Forkit, we strive for culinary excellence, but if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for non-perishable kitchenware and credit for any quality-related food issues. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Forkit account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused items back in their original boxes, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our kitchen team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
